On May 11, Zhou Fuwei, Vice President and Secretary-General of the Shandong Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia, Ren Kejian, Marketing Director of Baichuan Industrial Group, and Guo Rui, Secretary-General of Weihai Council for the Promotion of International Trade, visited our company. Vice Chairman Liu, General Manager Lin, General Manager Wang, and Deputy General Manager Qi accompanied them for a tour and research.
The delegation visited the Waimao 99 Discount Store, where Vice Chairman Liu and General Manager Lin provided a brief introduction to the company's imported products. Subsequently, the group went to the 9th-floor conference room for discussions. First, Vice Chairman Liu welcomed the delegation from the Shandong Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia and highlighted the company's development. Both parties communicated about the current economic situation and the status of the Southeast Asian market, exploring cooperation consensus in areas such as yachts, olive oil, food, labor, and education. Vice President Zhou Fuwei stated that first, both sides should exchange information, leverage our company's advantages in trade and yachts to enter the Cambodian market; secondly, Cambodia is relatively underdeveloped in education, and utilizing the skills of Fangzheng Foreign Language School, it may be possible to collaborate with Cambodia for skill incubation; finally, by utilizing our labor advantages, we can rationally deploy personnel and send Cambodian workers to various countries.
Vice Chairman Liu pointed out that in the current severe economic situation, enterprises should actively go out, take the opportunity to visit and investigate Cambodia, conduct feasibility studies on relevant projects, determine a direction, assess capabilities, complement each other's advantages with Cambodia, enhance efficiency, and achieve communication, cooperation, and mutual benefits.
